I have always lived by Philippians 2. 3-5. It is because of this reason that I started Destress Base, a place to unwind in my distress.  while I desperately sought such a place for myself, I figured they were more like me, and perhaps through destressing them, I was going to get my relief. 

Armed with a Somatology Diploma, I was able to instill confidence in people through beauty treatments. My massages provided relaxation and in hosting pamper parties I was able to help my client’s mental health.

It is my understanding that most life problems could be eradicated if spiritual health is taken care of and it is thus my desire to give an eye and offer practical advice on life, relationships, Christian living, and goal achieving.

Through life coaching, I would like to help others get rid of their burdens to ultimately lead them to Christ the Blessed Savior who is able to give pure rest.
